The Silas Brock team focuses upon offering a quality service where candidates are interviewed and thoroughly evaluated before they are put forward to their clients. Feedback from the interview is honest and comprehensive allowing clients to make a more informed decision. Our consultants rarely use a database of candidates as the only element of their recruitment strategy, as the reliability of ageing data can be questionable and the candidates presented are not always the best in the market.  The approach will normally be one of proactive “search” in order to ensure that your exact requirements are met.
